Ha! Nice spin they put on that. In the mean time Southwest plays the same game in reverse. Sure, you get a deal but you get nothing for it – not even an actual seat assignment – so you’re forced to fight your way on or wait and see what horrible seat chance brings you. Damned if you o, damned if you don’t with the airlines.

Yeah, I agree. But, you gotta love the commercial. I love the humor of almost every SW flight attendant and this spot seems to play right off it.
